I personally take care of all the quotes facilitating all the steps. If necessary, I first prepare the information by creating or reorganizing the data into easy to read spreadsheets. Then the compiled data is evaluated. I am a very busy individual. The clearer the information is, the faster I can sort through it. Then I will make arrangements with you for the item or lot of items to be shipped.

If you are sending a spreadsheet attachment please specify at the minimum manufacturer/brand; model; one column for any features of significance(CPU speed, RAM included, resolution, upgrades, HD capacity), whether it works(working) or not(damaged/malfunctioning/doa); and quantity. Any omission will result in the quote representing the worst on the scale. Your data should be four columns wide at a minimum with all the columns containing the same type of data.
